At EduGuardian, we aim to provide transparent and fair services to all students and professionals. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be considered across our ecosystem, including eG Visa, eG Accommodation, eG Transportation, and eG Library.

Service Fees

Service fees are generally non-refundable once the process has started, as our team invests time and administrative resources immediately upon onboarding. Partial refunds remain at EduGuardian’s sole discretion, based on the stage of service completion.

Exclusions

Refunds are not provided for outcomes depending on third parties, such as:

  • Visa rejections or delays
  • University admission decisions
  • Scholarship results
  • Government & Embassy fees
  • Courier and administrative costs

Requesting a Refund

Submit a written request including your full name, registered email, and a clear explanation of your concern.

Decision Period: Reasonable timeframe for review

Processing approved funds

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method. The time required for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your financial institution or payment provider.
